Different backgrounds. One conviction.
- Paul Koné, CEO and co-founder. Wealth management engineer, more than seven years in banking, notably at Banque Tarneaud and SG Tarneaud. He creates Conscientia, a fintech that brings together finance and artificial intelligence, incubated at Ester Technopole. It is there that he meets Lucas, and from there that the idea of HOMN was born.
- Lucas Aurouet, CTO and co-founder. PhD in economics, university mathematics lecturer, with a background in laboratory research. Scientific lead on all projects. He designed an appliance able to tell a hornet from a bee to protect beehives: proof that a useful AI must be as close to the field as possible.
- Ragoul Rubamohan, Head of Sales. Former private banking relationship manager at Banque Tarneaud, where he already worked with Paul. He builds the relationship with customers and partners. Convinced that AI must move closer to the real world, he grows HOMN through his network.

What is HOMN?
HOMN builds artificial intelligence appliances installed at the customer’s site. The AI runs on site, works on your own data and is configured for your business.
How does a project start?
With a targeted pilot, on one specific use and one simple indicator, for example the time saved per file. You commit only to that first phase. What follows is decided on measured results.
Do we need to replace our software?
No. The appliance connects step by step to your existing tools: files, business software, email. Nothing is replaced abruptly.
Our data is scattered and poorly organised. Is that a problem?
That is the case almost everywhere. The first step is precisely to gather, clean and reconcile what exists, with your own contacts.
Will AI replace our teams?
That is not the goal. The system prepares, proposes and explains; your teams validate. We begin by removing the repetitive tasks that take up their time.
Who owns the data and the results?
Your data, your documents and your business rules remain your property. They are processed inside the appliance, on your premises.
Does the appliance work without internet?
Yes. It processes data on site and connects only if you decide, for example to call a cloud model for a specific task.
Who handles maintenance?
We provide supervision, updates, model recalibration and support. When a better model appears, we install it without rebuilding everything.
How is this different from an IT consultancy or an AI agent integrator?
An integrator most often assembles services hosted by others. HOMN delivers equipment that belongs to you, installed on your premises, independent of any model provider.
