Who is responsible

FINOWL AI, SAS, 1 avenue d’Ester, 87000 Limoges (RCS Guéret 988 328 175), trading under the name HOMN SYSTEMS, is the data controller. For any question about your data: contact@homn-systems.fr.

What we receive

This site sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and calls no external service: fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself.

We receive only what you write in the contact form: your name, your organisation, your email address, your message, and the date it was sent. The profitability calculator runs in your browser: its values reach us only if you choose to write to us from its result.

To curb abuse, the server briefly counts submissions by network address. This counter stays in memory and is not kept with the messages.

Why, and on what basis

We use this data to respond to your request and, if it leads there, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry, or pre-contractual measures taken at your request. We carry out no automated marketing or profiling with it, and we neither sell nor transfer it.

Who has access, and where it is held

Only the members of the HOMN team who handle enquiries have access. The data is hosted in France by OVH SAS, our processor for hosting the site and email. It does not leave the European Union.

How long

A message is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, at most, three years after our last exchange. The server then deletes messages on its own.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, request its restriction or portability, and object to its processing. Write to contact@homn-systems.fr: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris).

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The message server rate-limits submissions and is not reachable from outside, except through the form. The inbox is password-protected.

HOMN products

A HOMN appliance processes data at the customer’s site. HOMN accesses it only on express request, governed by contract. A supplementary policy will be published with connected services.
